Terms and Conditions

Last updated: November 2, 2026

1. General

This website is operated by Dukkana. These terms apply to the use of the website and to engaging Dukkana's services.

These terms were written in accordance with the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981 (the "Law") and the regulations under it. If these terms conflict with the Law, the Law prevails, and nothing here reduces any right the law gives a consumer.

2. Business details

Address: Umm Al-Fahm, P.O 136

Phone and WhatsApp: ⁦+972 50-728-1535⁩

3. Services

Dukkana builds and delivers online stores for business owners, including design, an admin panel, product entry, payment connections and AI-powered tools, according to the chosen plan.

The features of each plan appear in the pricing section of the website. Final terms are set in a quote or agreement given to the customer in writing.

4. Ordering and engagement

Purchases and payments cannot be made directly on the website. Contacting us through the form, by phone or on WhatsApp is not a binding transaction; a transaction is made only once the parties have agreed its terms.

Before engagement the customer receives the service details, price and payment terms, and no later than delivery of the service the customer is sent a written document with the transaction details, as the Law requires.

5. Prices and payment

Prices on the website are in New Israeli Shekels.

Payment can be made in full in advance or in installments, as shown in the pricing section. The total amount, number of payments and their dates are set out in the quote given before engagement.

Prices are valid for as long as they are published on the website, and the binding price is the one agreed in the transaction. The Enterprise plan is priced by personal quote.

6. Cancellation by a consumer

This section applies to a consumer as defined in the Law, meaning a person who buys a service for mainly personal, household or family use.

A consumer may cancel a distance sale within 14 days of the transaction or of receiving the document with the transaction details, whichever is later. For a service that is not ongoing, cancellation must be made at least two business days before the service is due.

A senior citizen (aged 65 or over), a person with a disability and a new immigrant (within five years of receiving the immigrant or eligibility certificate) may cancel a distance sale that included a conversation with Dukkana, including by electronic communication, within four months of the transaction or of receiving the document, whichever is later, subject to section 14C1 of the Law.

Cancellation notice may be given by phone at ⁦+972 50-728-1535⁩ or by registered mail to Umm Al-Fahm, P.O 136. The notice must state your name and ID number.

If cancellation is not due to a defect, non-conformity, late delivery or another breach by Dukkana, payment is refunded within 14 days of receiving the notice, less a cancellation fee of 5% of the transaction price or NIS 100, whichever is lower.

If cancellation is due to a defect, non-conformity, late delivery or another breach by Dukkana, payment is refunded within 14 days of receiving the notice, with no cancellation fee.

In a continuing transaction cancelled within these periods after the service has begun, the consumer pays a proportional amount for the service received.

The right to cancel is subject to the exceptions set in the Law, where they apply to the transaction.

7. Ending a continuing transaction

If the engagement is a continuing transaction, a consumer may cancel it by notice in any of the ways listed in section 6. The contract ends within three business days of the notice, or six business days if sent by registered mail, and no payment is charged for service supplied after that date.

Any payments that apply on cancellation are set out in the quote given before engagement.

8. Business customers

A person buying the service for business purposes is not a consumer as defined in the Law, and sections 6 and 7 do not apply to them under the Law. Cancelling such a transaction is governed by the agreement between the parties and general law.

9. The customer's responsibility for their store

The customer is the seller in their online store and is responsible for its content, products, prices, order fulfilment and legal compliance towards their buyers, including under the Law.

Payments in the store go through the customer's payment provider, such as PayPal, subject to that provider's terms. Dukkana does not hold the customer's funds.

Dukkana does not promise any particular business result, such as a level of sales.

10. Intellectual property and use of the website

The content, design and marks on the website belong to Dukkana or other rights holders and may not be copied or used commercially without written consent. Rights in a store built for a customer are set in the engagement agreement.

The website may not be used for any unlawful activity or in a way that harms its operation.

11. Privacy and cookies

The contact form collects what you enter: name, email, phone and message. This is used to respond to you and handle the engagement, and reaches us through the Formspree service.

The website stores a cookie to remember your preferred language (up to one year), a temporary cookie for showing the language picker, and a browser entry noting the picker was shown. Fonts load from Google Fonts, and contacting us on WhatsApp is subject to WhatsApp's terms. The website does not use analytics or advertising tools.

Under the Israeli Protection of Privacy Law, 5741-1981, you may contact us to review and correct information about you.

12. Changes to these terms

Dukkana may update these terms from time to time. A transaction is governed by the version in force when it was made.

13. Law, language and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, and the competent courts in Israel have jurisdiction.

These terms are published in Hebrew, Arabic and English. If the versions conflict, the Hebrew version prevails.

For questions about these terms, contact us using the details in section 2.
